v2026.06.133 – .154Quote replies stay on the quote
A customer replying to your quote no longer spawns a support ticket. Replies now thread onto the quote's own Send & Reply History, readable inline, and you can reply back from the quote itself — keeping the whole sales conversation in one place. For the rare reply that really is a support matter, a one-click Escalate turns the conversation into a ticket with full context carried across.
Know when your quote is opened — and by whom
Quotes now track two distinct signals: the email being opened and the quote actually being viewed online. A "who opened it?" breakdown groups opens by device and network — so you can tell the decision-maker on an iPhone from a mail scanner — and the whole history renders as a clean, plain-English timeline with relative timestamps.
A Financials tab on every company
"How profitable is this client?" now has a one-page answer. Each company gets a Financials tab with recurring revenue, total revenue, labour cost, gross profit and margin, a recurring-vs-one-off revenue mix, per-contract profitability with overage flags, and a 12-month revenue-versus-cost trend. Visible to managers only — techs never see the money.
Improvements and fixes (9)
- A Quotes card on the company page lists every quote for that client, open ones first, with one-click new-quote creation
- Quote emails, PDFs and the signing portal are now fully on-brand — and your logo renders correctly in email clients and PDFs
- Ticking off a project task now prompts for time spent, so actuals can be compared against estimates; logged time stays editable afterwards
- Rich text everywhere: the covering message on a quote send, every logged activity (notes, calls, meetings), and project descriptions all support formatting, links, lists and pasted images
- Project pages show due-date urgency, per-phase progress bars, and highlight blocked tasks at a glance
- Link tickets to a project by searching subject, company or contact name — not just the ticket number
- Email open and click tracking can now be switched off per area, helping your quotes and replies stay out of spam folders
- Microsoft 365 subscription renewal notices are recognised, matched to the right client, and closed automatically
- Screenshots pasted into inbound client emails now display in ticket threads, with existing messages repaired
